Position Mission
|
- To resource and fulfil recruitment requirements for a range of Accounts to ensure the contractual and targeted SLA’s and fill rates are met.
- This includes proactively contacting, managing, and supporting referred, payrolled, silver-medallist, and ex-employee candidates within the assigned programme’s talent pool, ensuring excellent communication and candidate care throughout the process.
- To resource candidates across various disciplines, utilising a blend of proactive and creative talent acquisition, market mapping and high-level search skills, ensuring is first to market with the best available candidates.

Responsibilities
|
- Contact, manage, and support referred, payrolled, and silver-medallist/ex-employee candidates within the talent pool, maintaining high standards of communication and candidate care.
- Ensure these candidates are engaged and supported throughout their journey, contributing to positive experiences and loyalty to the brand.
- Utilising a blend of mediums (social networking, referrals, job boards etc) implement and manage proactive candidate targeting campaigns that result in the generation of new candidates relevant to assigned area.
- Delivering a top-quality recruitment service to clients by exceeding minimum fill rates.
- Support teams where required with recruitment by conducting candidate searches on Bullhorn, external job boards, and LinkedIn.
- Management of all assigned roles, in line with contractual SLAs, before handover to Onshore Consultant at interview stage.
- Input jobs/vacancies/calls onto Bullhorn, brand website and associated job boards, where requested.
- To generate and effectively manage candidate applications to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Screening and tracking of candidates that results in successful placements against client and or KPIs.
- Ensure all documentation is fully compliant and registered on Bullhorn in line with operational standards.
- Create and proactively manage candidate talent pools across assigned areas.
- Maintain written, telephone and face-to-face contact with candidates in line with operational standards, maximising candidate engagement and loyalty to brand.
- Network with candidates to obtain referrals for new candidates and leads for new client business, whilst promoting the name of brand.
- Pass new business leads to the appropriate Manager in a timely manner.
- Ensure all data, calls and contacts are kept up to date on the database.
- Recording of all activity within Bullhorn, to allow accurate activity reporting.
- Any other duties as required by the business.

Qualifications, Experience & Required Skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite of tools.
- Thorough understanding of the recruitment process.
- A good understanding of recruitment technology and effective sourcing processes.
- Good time-management skills.
- A good understanding of IT systems, departmental structures, and project life cycle.
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
- Confidence in own abilities.
- Demonstrate desired behaviours detailed in framework.
