Position Mission
|
The Senior Recruiter (Aerospace/Defense)is responsible for identifying and placing top talent by effectively managing the recruitment process, maintaining candidate relationships, and ensuring alignment with client needs. The role requires strong screening, research, and client-handling skills to drive successful hiring outcomes.

Responsibilities
|
- Resourcing new candidates
- Resource candidates from many different sources i.e. our System, Referrals, Job Boards, Social Media etc
- Fully pre-qualify potential candidates
- Register candidates on our system
- Contracts
- Submit candidates for shifts/positions
- Negotiate the best possible outcome for the company
- Draft and send contracts to candidate and client (if required)
- Ensure all timesheets are sent in on time
- Prevent unnecessary cancellations
- Follow cancellation procedure in the event of a cancellation
- Candidate Pool
- (KYC - Knowing your Candidate)
- Build meaningful relationships
- Increase and or maintain productivity with key candidates
- Identifying repeat business opportunities
- Acknowledge and address all queries/issues
- Maintain up to date availability at all times
- Utilise phone calls, emails/mailshots and texts to keep in regular contact with your candidates
- Provide exemplary aftercare
- Retain candidates by providing the best CUSTOMER SERVICE
- Database
- Maintain up to date records on our system at all times
- Record all conversations on our system at all times
- Team
- Communicate clearly and effectively with all company staff
- Work with management to improve what we do
- Identifying and resolving issues
- Work with management to resolve any queries/issues

Essential Functions
|
- Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates.
- Review job requirements and match applicants accordingly.
- Provide mentoring to junior recruiters.
- Manage candidate compliance
- Submit candidates for available shifts

Qualifications, Experience & Required Skills
|
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Must have 2+ years recruitment experience specially into Aerospace/Defense.
- Should have worked in hiring pilots/staff crew
- Must be able to work under target oriented under pressure.
- Capable of working independently, very good communication skills Ability to understand and match job requirements effectively.
- Proficiency in resume formatting and client coordination.
- Research skills to stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
- Database management and reporting skills.
- Experience in handling client interactions and conference calls.
