Job Title Associate Recruiter / Recruiter
Reports To Team Leader/ Assistant Operations Manager
Position Mission To identify, attract, and engage top talent by sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates while fostering long-term relationships. The role ensures alignment with client expectations, maintains recruitment databases, and delivers timely reports to support the hiring process efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process—sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate pipelines.
  • Support compliance checks, including reference verification and documentation management.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HR database.
  • Ensure all processes follow Australian employment laws and company compliance policies.
  • Coordinate with candidates to collect IDs, certificates, and background documents.
  • Prepare and share candidate profiles and reports with senior consultants and clients.
  • Provide administrative support, such as updating trackers, generating offer letters, and maintaining recruitment dashboards.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth recruitment and onboarding experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training programs on recruitment operations, compliance, and client communication.
Essential Functions
  • Identify and engage potential candidates through various sourcing strategies.
  • Conduct screening and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Ensure alignment between job requirements and applicant qualifications.
  • Manage resume formatting and database updates.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs and expectations.
  • Provide regular recruitment reports and updates to the team manager.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment technologies.
Qualifications, Experience & Required Skills
  • Any graduate—full training will be provided.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and data management skills.
