The Opportunity: What You Will Do
As the Compliance Manager, you will lead our Healthcare Recruitment Compliance team, driving both people performance and operational excellence. This role is highly visible and requires a balance of team mentorship, strict compliance management, and direct client engagement.
Shift Details: This is an Onsite role in Ahmedabad working Monday to Friday. Timings: Early morning shifts from 03:00 AM – 12:00 PM IST OR 04:00 AM – 01:00 PM IST.
Your day-to-day will focus on:
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, manage, and mentor the Compliance team to ensure smooth, efficient day-to-day operations.
- Performance & Quality Management: Drive team performance by actively monitoring productivity, quality, turnaround times, and core compliance metrics.
- Client & Stakeholder Communication: Maintain excellent, professional communication with international clients primarily through email and other channels. Build and manage strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring client expectations are consistently met.
- Process & Compliance Adherence: Ensure strict adherence to healthcare recruitment compliance standards, credentialing requirements, and operational processes.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices to enhance overall team efficiency and accuracy.

We are looking for an experienced compliance professional who thrives in a leadership capacity and understands the nuances of healthcare staffing. You should possess:
- Healthcare Compliance Expertise: Proven experience in and a strong understanding of healthcare recruitment compliance, credentialing, and operational processes.
- People Management Skills: Demonstrated experience in team handling, people management, and driving team performance without compromising on quality.
- Exceptional Communication: Outstanding written communication and professional email drafting skills, alongside strong client and stakeholder management experience.
- Operational Excellence: The ability to balance high-volume operations with meticulous attention to detail and strict compliance guidelines.
