Job Title Associate Recruiter
Reports To Team Leader / Asst. Operations Manager
Position Nature The primary role of this role is to understand the client’s expectations about the recruitment process in and out and handle onboarding activities smoothly, on time.

The person will be responsible for meeting the team’s service delivery at the right time, and calls for our client.

Must be a key player in client service delivery, must understand the set guidelines and processes as per the KPI policy and project.
Key Responsibilities
  • Be flexible to work for any shift and project assigned occasionally.
  • Ensuring complete recruitment and meeting deadlines.
  • Fostering long-term relationships with candidates.
  • Reviewing and understanding job requirements.
  • Reviewing applicants to verify position requirements are met.
  • Reviewing new technology.
  • Maintaining the database.
  • Preparing and sending daily recruiting reports to the team manager.
General Functions
  • Managing client delivery as per SLA.
  • Adhering to all the information security and privacy policy.
  • Reporting incidents of privacy breaches to information security.
  • Adhering to code of conduct.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and proficiency using the internet and social media.
  • Basic analytical skills.
  • Negotiation and sourcing skills.
