Position Mission
|
To identify, attract, and engage top talent by sourcing, screening, and presenting
quality candidates for client requirements, ensuring timely submissions, effective
coordination, and successful placements in alignment with onboard business objectives.

|
Responsibilities
|
- Source, screen, interview and evaluate candidates.
- Ensure submissions are aligned with job requirements and reflect candidate fit.
- Review and understand job requirements.
- Review applicants to verify position requirements are met.
- Format resumes meeting client expectations.
- Schedule and confirm candidate interviews with clients or hiring managers.
- Effective communication with the team to avoid duplication and ensure full pipeline coverage.

Essential Functions
|
- Source and screen qualified candidates.
- Submit candidates to Account Managers.
- Coordinate and track client submissions.
- Schedule and follow up on interviews.
- Facilitate offer management and acceptance.
- Ensure adequate job coverage across open positions.
- Track and report on placement (starts) performance.

Qualifications, Experience & Required Skills
|
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in end-to-end or support recruitment (preferred in non-healthcare domains).
- Experience sourcing (U.S., U.K., Australia, etc.) recruitment practices is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and data management skills.
