The Opportunity: What You Will Do
As an Associate Recruiter targeting the Australian market, you will be the crucial link between amazing candidates and excellent job opportunities. You do not need prior recruitment experience; you just need the hunger to learn and the confidence to communicate.
Shift Details:
This role aligns with Australian business hours, requiring an early morning start time. Your shift will begin anywhere between 3:00 AM and 6:00 AM IST (Monday to Friday).
Your day-to-day will focus on:
- Candidate Sourcing & Discovery: Learn how to use global job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases to find and attract the right talent for various open positions.
- Screening & Communication: Act as the first point of contact for candidates. You will make outbound calls to assess their interest, check their availability, and evaluate their communication skills and basic qualifications.
- Pipeline Management & Coordination: Keep things organized by updating candidate information in our recruitment software (ATS/CRM), scheduling interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process.
- Market Mastery: Actively participate in training sessions to build a strong understanding of the Australian business culture, job market trends, and international staffing best practices.
What You Bring to the Table
We are looking for energy, coachability, and excellent communication skills. We welcome applications from freshers and professionals with BPO/KPO/Customer Support experience. You should possess:
- Exceptional Communication: Brilliant spoken and written English skills. You must be confident, clear, and professional when speaking on the phone with international candidates.
- Transferable Skills: Whether you learned how to handle high call volumes in a BPO, manage data in a KPO, or simply have a natural talent for customer service, we value your baseline professional skills.
