Position Mission
|
We are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to oversee compliance operations and manage the onboarding team for a UK healthcare business. This role is responsible for ensuring all healthcare professionals, clients, and internal processes comply with regulatory requirements and company policies. The Compliance Manager will coordinate with onshore and offshore team to ensure timely onboarding, documentation accuracy, audit readiness, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
|
- Manage and supervise the onboarding and compliance team.
- Ensure healthcare staff onboarding complies with client requirements, healthcare regulations, and internal policies.
- Review and monitor credentialing documents including licenses, certifications, background checks, immunization records, and work authorization.
- Coordinate with client recruitment teams regarding onboarding progress and compliance updates.
- Develop and improve onboarding workflows, SOPs, and compliance tracking systems.
- Conduct regular audits of employee files and onboarding records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Handle escalations related to compliance gaps or onboarding delays.
- Generate compliance reports and onboarding metrics for management review.
- Train and mentor onboarding coordinators and compliance specialists.
- Ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) and onboarding turnaround times are consistently achieved.
- Stay updated on healthcare staffing regulations and client-specific compliance requirements.

Qualifications, Experience & Required Skills
|
- 8+ years of experience in healthcare compliance or onboarding operations.
- Prior experience managing offshore teams in a healthcare outsourcing or staffing environment preferred.
- Strong understanding of healthcare staffing compliance processes.
