The Opportunity
As a Recruitment & Workforce Operations Specialist, you will play a dual role across recruitment delivery and workforce coordination, helping clients meet their staffing requirements while ensuring workforce continuity and operational excellence.
What You Will Do
• Talent Sourcing & Candidate Management: Screen applications, conduct candidate assessments, coordinate interviews, and build talent pipelines for ongoing hiring needs.
• Workforce Planning & Fulfilment: Manage worker availability, support rostering activities, and ensure staffing requirements are fulfilled efficiently.
• Workforce Coordination: Maintain regular communication with workers regarding assignments, attendance, onboarding, and compliance requirements.
• Operational Excellence: Collaborate with Australian teams, maintain accurate system records, and support urgent staffing requirements in a fast-moving environment.
What You Bring to the Table
• Experience in recruitment, workforce coordination, staffing, or high-volume operations environments.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience using ATS, CRM, or workforce management systems; JobAdder experience is an advantage.
