The Opportunity
As a Senior IT Recruiter, you will lead end-to-end recruitment activities, partnering with clients and hiring managers to source, engage, and place high-caliber technology professionals across diverse industries and markets.
What You Will Do
• IT Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, interview, and place technical professionals across various IT and digital disciplines.
• Strategic Sourcing: Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, job boards, and networking channels to identify top technology talent.
• Client Partnership: Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver quality recruitment outcomes.
• Recruitment Excellence: Maintain ATS records, provide market insights, manage recruitment reporting, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
What You Bring to the Table
• Proven experience in IT recruitment with exposure to technical hiring and talent sourcing.
• Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS, and recruitment platforms.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality recruitment results in a fast-paced environment.
