Position Mission
|
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Recruitment Consultant with hands-on experience in blue-collar hiring within the hospitality sector. The role involves managing bulk recruitment, sourcing high-volume candidates, and ensuring timely closures while maintaining quality and compliance.

Responsibilities
|
- Recruitment & Sourcing
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar hospitality roles (e.g., housekeeping, stewards, kitchen helpers, cleaners, F&B staff, loaders, etc.)
- Manage bulk hiring requirements within tight deadlines
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, WhatsApp groups, Facebook groups, referrals, local vendors, and field sourcing
- Conduct initial screening, telephonic interviews, and line-ups
- Coordinate walk-ins and mass hiring drives
- Stakeholder Management
- Understand client requirements and job specifications clearly
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients for feedback and closures
- Ensure proper joining coordination and documentation
- Candidate Management
- Maintain candidate database and track pipelines
- Ensure candidates are job-ready, verified, and available for immediate joining
- Handle offer communication and joining follow-ups
- Operations & Reporting
- Maintain daily trackers for submissions, interviews, and joinings
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly closure targets
- Ensure adherence to TAT and quality metrics

General Functions
|
- Strong experience in bulk hiring / mass recruitment
- Experience in overseas recruitment would be an advantage
- Experience hiring for hospitality blue-collar roles
- Good knowledge of local sourcing channels and field hiring
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills in English

Qualifications, Experience & Required Skills
|
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
- 2+ years of relevant recruitment experience in blue-collar hiring (Hospitality)
