Reports To Team Leader/ Assistant Operations Manager
Role Overview The Recruitment & Workforce Operations Specialist will support high-volume recruitment and workforce management activities for Australia's light industrial sector. This role is responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, conducting pre-screens, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate pipelines, and supporting workforce management activities to ensure client staffing requirements are met efficiently. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where recruitment and operational priorities may change daily.
Responsibilities
  • Recruitment & Candidate Management
    • Review and screen applications against client requirements.
    • Conduct candidate pre-screens and suitability assessments.
    • Shortlist qualified candidates and coordinate interviews.
    • Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing workforce needs.
    • Follow up with candidates regarding registrations, onboarding, and compliance requirements.
    • Maintain accurate candidate records within Vincere and internal systems.
  • Workforce Operations & Management
    • Support workforce planning and fulfilment activities.
    • Manage worker availability and workforce allocation.
    • Assist with rostering and workforce coverage requirements.
    • Coordinate workforce communication regarding assignments, availability, and attendance.
    • Monitor workforce attendance and escalate operational concerns where required.
    • Support urgent staffing requirements and workforce continuity.
  • Operational Support
    • Work closely with the Australian onshore team to meet client workforce requirements.
    • Ensure compliance with recruitment and operational processes.
    • Maintain high levels of accuracy, responsiveness, and customer service.
    • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
    • Experience using ATS, CRM, or workforce management systems.
    • JobAdder experience is advantageous.
Qualifications, Experience & Required Skills Work Schedule
This role supports Australian operations and requires flexibility to work across rotating shifts based on business requirements, including early morning, daytime, and afternoon/evening schedules.
