The Opportunity
What You Will Do
As a Senior Healthcare Recruiter, you will play a key role in delivering recruitment solutions for US healthcare clients, supporting hiring initiatives across clinical, allied health, administrative, and healthcare support functions. You will work closely with hiring managers, candidates, and internal teams to ensure a seamless and high-quality recruitment experience.
• End-to-End Healthcare Recruitment: Lead full-cycle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating, and placing healthcare professionals across diverse specialties and healthcare settings. Manage multiple requisitions while ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the hiring process.
• Strategic Talent Sourcing & Candidate Engagement: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search strategies, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and niche talent platforms to identify and engage both active and passive healthcare talent. Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs.
• Client Partnership & Recruitment Delivery: Act as a trusted recruitment partner to clients and internal stakeholders by understanding workforce requirements, hiring priorities, and talent market conditions. Lead recruitment discussions, provide hiring recommendations, and ensure service excellence throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Recruitment Operations, Reporting & Team Support: Maintain accurate records within ATS and CRM platforms, generate recruitment reports, track hiring progress, provide market intelligence, and contribute to recruitment best practices. Support and mentor junior recruiters while ensuring compliance with recruitment processes and data privacy requirements.
What You Bring to the Table

• Healthcare Recruitment Experience: Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment within the healthcare industry, including talent sourcing, candidate assessment, interview coordination, offer management, and placement activities.
• Advanced Sourcing & Recruitment Expertise: Strong background in candidate sourcing, talent mapping, pipeline development, screening, and recruitment strategy execution using modern sourcing techniques and recruitment technologies.
• Client Management & Stakeholder Engagement: Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers, clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders while providing consultative recruitment support and maintaining high service standards.
• Organization, Communication & Ownership: Excellent communication, prioritization, and relationship-building skills with the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements, maintain recruitment accuracy, and deliver results in deadline-driven environments.
