What You Will Do
As an Australian Healthcare Compliance Officer, you will take ownership of end-to-end compliance and credentialing documentation for healthcare candidates supporting Australian clients. You will verify critical records, monitor expiries, maintain audit-ready files, resolve compliance gaps, and coordinate with recruiters, candidates, and internal teams to ensure candidates meet healthcare, safety, regulatory, and client-specific requirements before placement.
Shift Details:
This role requires working a 9-hour shift starting at 4:00 AM IST. During Australian daylight saving time, the shift will start at 3:00 AM IST. Flexibility is essential to ensure seamless support for Australian healthcare clients.
Your day-to-day will focus on:
• Healthcare Compliance Documentation: Collect, review, verify, and maintain candidate compliance documents such as qualifications, registrations, police checks, working rights, immunisation records, mandatory training certificates, references, and client-specific documentation.
• Australian Healthcare Credentialing Support: Ensure healthcare candidates meet required onboarding and credentialing standards for Australian healthcare environments, including role-specific checks, expiry tracking, renewal follow-ups, and accurate compliance status updates.
• Audit Readiness & Risk Control: Maintain accurate records, identify missing or expired documents, escalate compliance gaps, support internal and client audits, and help ensure files remain complete, current, and inspection-ready.
• Recruiter, Candidate & System Coordination: Work closely with recruiters, candidates, clients, and internal teams while updating ATS, CRM, VMS, compliance trackers, and shared records with accuracy and urgency.
What You Bring to the Table
We are looking for experienced professionals who understand the importance of accuracy, urgency, confidentiality, and compliance discipline in a healthcare recruitment environment. The ideal candidate will bring proven exposure to compliance documentation, credentialing workflows, candidate onboarding, or audit-ready record management.
• Relevant Compliance Experience: 2+ years of experience in healthcare compliance, recruitment compliance, credentialing, candidate onboarding, document verification, HR operations, or back-office compliance support, preferably for Australian or international clients.
• Healthcare Credentialing Knowledge: Working knowledge of compliance checks such as registrations, qualifications, police checks, right-to-work documents, immunisation evidence, mandatory training, references, expiry tracking, and client-specific onboarding requirements.
• Accuracy, Escalation & Ownership: Strong attention to detail, clear written and verbal communication, disciplined follow-up, and the ability to manage multiple candidate files, urgent compliance deadlines, renewal requests, and escalation priorities with minimal supervision.
• Early Morning Shift Flexibility: Availability to work a 9-hour shift starting at 4:00 AM IST, with a 3:00 AM IST start during Australian daylight saving time, to support Australian client operations.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
• Advanced Australian Healthcare Compliance Exposure: Strengthen your expertise in healthcare credentialing, candidate compliance, onboarding checks, audit readiness, document verification, expiry management, and Australian client support processes.
