We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter with 2+ years of experience hiring for IT roles. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who understands technology hiring, enjoys candidate engagement and can support fast-paced recruitment delivery for APAC clients.

What You’ll Do
As part of our APAC Technical Recruitment team, you’ll recruit for IT and technology roles across software development, infrastructure, cloud, data, cybersecurity, ERP, support and other specialist technology functions.
You’ll:
- Source, screen and engage IT professionals across APAC markets.
- Work on end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting and interview coordination.
- Use job boards, LinkedIn, Boolean search and internal databases to identify suitable technology talent.
- Understand technical job requirements and match candidates to client needs.
- Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring teams and client stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate recruitment activity, candidate records and pipeline updates in ATS and recruitment systems.
- Support recruitment delivery within agreed timelines, quality standards and compliance requirements.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys technical hiring, stakeholder coordination and working in a focused APAC recruitment environment.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for recruiters with 2+ years of experience in technical recruitment, IT hiring or technology talent acquisition.
You will be successful if you are confident in sourcing IT talent, understanding technical requirements, communicating with candidates and delivering against recruitment targets.
Experience hiring for roles such as Software Engineer, Developer, QA Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Cloud Engineer, Data Engineer, Business Analyst, IT Support, Network Engineer or similar technology positions will be preferred.
Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job portals, ATS systems and APAC hiring markets would be an advantage.
Working Hours
This role supports APAC clients and operates during the APAC day shift.
You’ll work from 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM IST, supporting IT recruitment delivery for APAC clients.
