The Opportunity:
What You Will Do
As a Non-Healthcare OOH Recruitment Specialist, you will support bulk recruitment delivery for our clients during critical out-of-hours periods and weekends. You will help fill large-volume roles across logistics, warehousing, driving, manufacturing, industrial, retail, hospitality, customer service, and facilities environments.
Shift Details:
This role requires working any 9-hour shift falling between 11:30 AM IST and 1:30 AM IST, and includes mandatory weekend working to ensure continuous client support.
Your day-to-day will focus on:
- High-Volume Candidate Sourcing: Identify, approach, and engage large pools of active and passive candidates for urgent and planned cover across roles such as warehouse operatives, production staff, drivers, hospitality workers, retail staff, customer service advisors, and general operatives.
- OOH Bulk Hiring & Shift Fulfillment: Manage fast-paced out-of-hours and weekend recruitment activity, including availability checks, candidate calls, shortlisting, shift confirmations, rota updates, client follow-ups, cancellations, replacements, and last-minute staffing cover.
- Role Suitability & Compliance Checks: Match candidates to assignments by checking role suitability, location, transport, experience, availability, right-to-work status, shift preferences, pay expectations, and client-specific requirements.
- Client, Candidate & System Coordination: Build strong relationships with workers, clients, and internal teams while maintaining accurate shift records, availability notes, booking updates, and activity in ATS, CRM, VMS, or rota systems.
What You Bring to the Table

- Experience OR a Drive to Learn: While prior experience in bulk hiring, temporary staffing, or shift booking is a bonus, we highly value transferable skills from any fast-paced, service-led environment. Freshers with a hunger to learn and succeed are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Industry Awareness: A basic understanding of—or a strong willingness to quickly learn about—high-volume recruitment, industrial staffing, logistics, hospitality, retail, and seasonal hiring processes.
- Urgency, Communication & Ownership: Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent follow-up discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple urgent tasks, large candidate pools, and client requests under time pressure.
- OOH & Weekend Shift Flexibility: Strict availability and flexibility to work 9-hour shifts between 11:30 AM IST and 1:30 AM IST, as well as the commitment to work weekends to support urgent staffing requirements as per business needs.
