Position Mission

The mission of this role is to identify, engage, and hire high-quality technology professionals while acting as a strategic recruitment partner to stakeholders. The ideal candidate should possess a proactive, consultative approach and contribute towards building a strong long-term talent acquisition function for the client.

Key Responsibilities
|
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for technical and non-technical technology roles.
- Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, networking, references, database search, and direct outreach.
- Conduct voice-based screening interviews to evaluate technical skills, communication, experience, and cultural fit.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring requirements in depth.
- Ask critical and insightful questions to gather clarity on role expectations and candidate suitability.
- Maintain a consultative mindset and confidently challenge hiring decisions or requirements where necessary.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, offer discussions, and onboarding processes.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring updates accurately.
- Stay updated on market trends, talent availability, and competitor hiring practices.

Essential Functions
|
- Manage multiple IT requirements simultaneously while maintaining quality and turnaround time.
- Perform detailed candidate assessments beyond resume matching and job portal sourcing.
- Conduct proactive talent mapping and passive candidate engagement.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and client stakeholders.
- Drive recruitment strategies for long-term hiring expansion plans.
- Support workforce growth initiatives as the team scales from 4 to 10–15 resources over time.

Qualifications, Experience & Required Skills
|
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment.
- Experience in voice-based recruitment roles is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of technical hiring and recruitment processes.
- Proven experience sourcing candidates beyond job portals using LinkedIn, networking, references, and headhunting techniques.
- Ability to evaluate candidate fit through detailed screening and consultative discussions.
- Confident, proactive, and capable of asking challenging and relevant questions when required.
- Stable employment history preferred, ideally with at least 2 years in previous organisations.
- Candidates should be looking for a long-term career opportunity and growth-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Experience working in fast-paced and target-driven recruitment environments.
